Time Logging

Our customers tell us that one of the most annoying things that causes them to loose trust with their previous cleaner is that they do not stay for the agreed time that they are paying for.

All our staff log in and out of our customers houses on a mobile device. This also logs their location at that particular moment but also evidenced their attendance at your property and can alerts us if there is a problem. 

All our staff are fully vetted, trained and insured we do not use contract cleaners meaning we only send out fully employed members of staff. Wherever possible our customers will get continuity of the cleaning staff they receive meaning you won't have to repeat how you like our service carried out. We are regularly entrusted with customer's keys and these are held within a secure compound when not in use.
